Please follow the fire rules:

• Do not use electric or gas heaters in the room.
• Do not forget to turn off TV, air conditioner, lights, radio when you leave the room.
• Please note that it is dangerous to cover connected torches and table lamps with flammable materials.
• Please avoid smoking in the room and public areas.
• It is forbidden to bring flammable  substances and materials into the room.

If you discover a fire:

• Leave the fire area.
• Immediately push the nearest red fire button for activating fire alarm.
• For contact with State Fire Department please contact 112, 101 numbers. Hotel address: Sebail district, Mehdi Huseyn 1A Street. Hotel emergency line number is 3333.
• At your discretion attempt to control the fire with available fire equipment.
• Close doors behind you, leave the building by nearest safe exit. 
• Do not use elevators.
• Go to designated assembly area.

Bellmen are available 24 hours per day, and would be pleased to assist with porterage and luggage storage.

Housekeeping services are provided twice daily including evening refresh services. Additionally, the housekeeping department provides a number of travel amenities.

Safety deposit boxes are available at the front desk at no extra charge. Each room has its own private in room safe as well.

How to Set Up a Wake-Up Alarm

Follow these steps to set your wake-up alarm from the TV:

1. Open “Guest Services”

Using your remote control, go to the main TV menu and select Guest Services.

2. Select “Wake Up”

In the Guest Services menu, choose the Wake Up option.

3. Select “Set New Wake-Up Alarm”

Choose Set new wake-up alarm.

4. Set Your Alarm Time

Pick a time and set it to “Once” or “Daily”, then select Next.
